Domestic orders (US) ship within 48 hours and arrive in 3–5 business days. Express shipping (2-day) is available at checkout for $12. International delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on customs. All orders over $75 ship free.

Yes — we ship to 40+ countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. International shipping starts at $18. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Drop us a line at [email protected] if your country isn't listed and we'll try to make it happen.

You can modify or cancel within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, it's already being packed by our crew in Portland. Contact [email protected] ASAP and we'll do our best to catch it.

We've got you. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, we'll ship a replacement — no questions asked. Just email [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date.

60 days. No questions. If you're not in love with your gear, send it back for a full refund. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Used items that show a defect are covered by our Lifetime Warranty instead.

Head to our Returns Portal, enter your order number and email, and print the prepaid label. Drop the package at any UPS location. Refunds hit your account within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

Absolutely. Exchanges are free for size swaps. Use the Returns Portal, select "exchange," and we'll ship the new size the same day we receive your return. Want it faster? Order the new size outright and return the original — refunds are quick.

Most HERBIE footwear fits true to size. If you're between sizes, go up half a size — especially for running shoes where you want a thumb's width of room in the toe box. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements and fit notes for each model.

Yes — every product page has a "Size & Fit" tab with detailed measurements, recommended foot shape, and on-foot notes from our testers. If you're still unsure, DM us on Instagram with your usual size and we'll personally recommend.

No sweat. You've got 60 days to swap sizes for free. If you're between sizes, we recommend ordering both and returning the one that doesn't work — refunds are processed the same day we receive them.

Designed and engineered in Portland, Oregon. Our footwear is manufactured in family-owned facilities in Vietnam and South Korea under strict ethical oversight. Apparel is cut and sewn in Los Angeles and Portugal. We visit every factory quarterly.

Lifetime Warranty on all footwear and hard goods. If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect — midsole compression, sole separation, stitching failure — we repair or replace it free. Normal wear and tear (soles wearing down, laces fraying) is not covered, but we'll give you 30% off a replacement.

For footwear: remove insoles after every run, stuff with newspaper to dry, never toss in the washing machine. For apparel: cold wash, hang dry, no fabric softener (it breaks moisture-wicking fibers). Full care instructions come with every product and are on each product page.

We do limited drops, not evergreen inventory. Most products never restock once they sell out. Sign up for Members to get early access to every drop — you'll have a 24-hour window before the general public. After that, it's first-come, first-served.
