Every piece of HERBIE footwear and hard goods is covered against manufacturing defects — for as long as you own it. Here's exactly what's covered, and how to file a claim.
01. What's Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects on all HERBIE footwear and hard goods, including:
- Midsole compression or premature breakdown
- Sole separation or delamination
- Stitching failure along seams
- Hardware failure — buckles, zippers, laces eyelets
Unlike most brands' 1-year warranties, ours never expires. If it's a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right — year one or year ten.
02. What's Not Covered
The warranty covers defects, not everyday life. Not included:
- Normal wear and tear — worn-down outsoles, frayed laces, faded fabric
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Items modified, altered, or repaired by a third party after purchase
03. How to File a Claim
- Email [email protected] with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue.
- Our team reviews and responds within 2 business days.
- If approved, we'll send a prepaid label to send the item back, or issue a replacement directly — whichever gets you moving faster.
04. Repair vs. Replace
Depending on the defect and product availability, we'll either repair the item free of charge or send a full replacement. If the original colorway or model has been discontinued, we'll offer the closest current equivalent or store credit.
05. Normal Wear Discount
Even if your gear's issue falls outside strict warranty coverage — like an outsole worn thin from serious mileage — we still want to keep you moving. We offer 30% off a replacement for normal wear-and-tear cases. Just reach out.
