Most orders leave our Portland warehouse within 24 hours. Here's exactly what to expect — rates, timelines, and how to track your box every step of the way.
01. Domestic Rates
We ship to all 50 U.S. states from our Portland, OR warehouse. Rates are calculated on order weight and speed at checkout, but here's the general breakdown:
- Standard (4–6 business days): Free on orders $75+, otherwise $6.95.
- Express (2–3 business days): $14.95 flat rate.
- Overnight (1 business day): $28.95 flat rate, order by 12pm PT.
HERBIE Members get free Standard shipping on every order, no minimum. Join free at checkout or in your account.
02. International Shipping
We currently ship to over 30 countries including Canada, the UK, EU, Japan, and Australia. International shipping starts at $18 and typically takes 7–14 business days depending on customs.
Duties & taxes: Not included in the checkout price. These are billed by the courier or local customs authority on arrival and are the buyer's responsibility.
03. Processing Time
Orders placed before 12pm PT on a business day usually ship the same day. Everything else ships the next business day. Processing can run a little longer during major drops (like AIR VOLT releases) — we'll flag it at checkout if that's the case.
04. Tracking Your Order
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your box leaves the warehouse. You can also check order status anytime from your account under Order History.
05. Delays & Issues
Weather, customs, and carrier volume can occasionally push delivery past the estimate. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier directly.
06. Address Changes
Need to fix a shipping address? Email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once a package leaves the warehouse we're unable to redirect it.
